RUN is a documentary film that explores the impact of New Rochelle's recently
passed Ward Acres regulations on current users of the park. Featuring
testimonials from many members of the Ward Acres community, both in the park
and in the studio.

RUN is sure to raise awareness of the plight of Westchester's dog-owning
families and friends who love Ward Acres. BORN TO
RUN will continue to air on Public Access stations including Harrison, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, Pelham, Port Chester

A BIT OF HISTORY - MANY THANKS TO CHRISTINA FOR INSTIGATING
BORN TO RUN!!
We need to act fast...and not give up so easy...
I think we need to organize a March on City Hall with all of our
dogs, on leash of course. Maybe 1 hour on Saturday and one hour on Sunday
every weekend till April 1st. We need to get the press involved.
Also try and get support from the New Ro Humane Society, local
pet shops etc.
We can make tee shirts
for the dogs with some slogan on it. There are lots of wholesale Tees on the net, printing can be done cheap in quantity.
Humans need tees also.
I want to start setting up interviews
with park users. New Rochelle residents & NON residents alike. Let's
make a Documentary about the Park and the people that use it, the current physical state of the park etc. Lets get it airing on Channel 75 76 or 77. Let's use or Public Access stations
to carry our message. We can air it all around Westchester!
I run a TV studio in Mamaroneck and have all the equipment we need to shoot
and edit this. Let's get started ASAP!

State Senator Suzi Oppenheimer does a show once a month that airs on Public Access station throughout Westchester County. She uses our stations to get her message and
important information out to residents.....
We can do the same thing!!!!!
I have a state of the art TV studio
that we can use for interviews!
My boss, ED Erik Lewis, will let me use the
studio for this project because so many Larchmont Mamaroneck residents use the park and want to help save it!
I will reserve my studio and get a
Volunteer TV Crew to come in and help....
Now all I need is you to sign up for
a time to come in and talk on camera!
If anyone would like to be a host
we can also bang out a 30 minute
TV show that we could start to air ASAP in New Rochelle, Larchmont and Mamaroneck. I can pair you up with an existing Producer
and Host from LMC-TV to help you along.
I need your help to make this happen!
